I worked with David W. for the sale of my business. He managed all of the details of the sale from the moment we first began to talk until well after the closing of the business. He was a great voice of reason when things got chaotic. He kept me focused, and on task during the process. David was professional and personable during the entire transaction. Filled out an inquiry on one of their listings. That prompted them to call me and set up a meeting. The first meeting was rescheduled at the last minute to the following day. The next day the meeting went well and the rep was supposed to send me some NDA's to get more info on several opportunities. He did not. I emailed him and asked him to please send them as promised the following day. No response. I emailed a 2nd rep, waited a day, no response. I'm surprised they have such good reviews with such poor customer service.
